Few things in life shape our health and happiness as deeply as our relationships. Whether it’s the relationship you have with yourself, a romantic partner, or the ways you relate to family and friends, I believe connection and relational health are fundamental to our well-being. As a relational-focused therapist, I support clients in understanding relational patterns, increasing emotional awareness, and developing new ways of relating that foster trust, safety, and intimacy.
Client Focus
Session Format: Couple, Family, Individual sessions.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Gestalt Therapy Encourages awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment. It helps people integrate different parts of themselves for wholeness.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.

I work with individuals, couples, non-monogamous relationship constellations, and families, offering both in-person and virtual therapy. I support clients in repairing relational ruptures, deepening intimacy, navigating conflict, and increasing emotional connection.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. I strive to create a space that feels safe and nonjudgmental, while also supporting clients in looking honestly at patterns that may no longer be serving them. I tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of the people in the room, recognizing that each individual and relationship requires different pacing, interventions, and pathways toward healing. Together, we will identify what matters most to you and work toward deep, lasting change.
Modalities and Approaches:
My work draws from several evidence-based and experiential modalities, including:
* Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): to support attachment repair, emotional safety, and deeper connection within relationships
* Gottman Method: to strengthen communication, manage conflict, and build trust and intimacy
* Relational Life Therapy (RLT): to support accountability, honesty, and empowered relating
* Internal Family Systems (IFS): to explore and heal internal parts of self with curiosity and compassion
* Mindfulness-Based Therapy: increasing awareness of the present moment through curiosity and openness
*Somatic therapy: slowing down and bringing connection to our the physical body
My role is to walk alongside you with clarity and care—helping you slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and move forward in ways that feel aligned and sustainable.
