Feeling stuck or weighed down? Our bodies end up carrying so much of what we go through. Years of stress, hurt, and trying to hold everything together can leave you feeling exhausted or anxious, or even dealing with chronic or autoimmune symptoms that seem to come out of nowhere.
I help people work through attachment wounds, relationship trauma, chronic illness, and sexual health concerns in a way that makes space for all parts of who you are. We pay attention to what your body has been holding, the patterns you learned to get through hard moments, and the ways your past still shows up in your nervous system. Little by little, we start to release the things that have been sitting inside for a long time.
I use EMDR, parts work, mindfulness, and CBT, but what matters most is that you feel seen and understood. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health offering remote therapy across Delaware, and I work with individuals sixteen and older.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
- Psychoanalytic Therapy Based on Freud’s theories, it explores unconscious conflicts and past experiences. It seeks to bring hidden issues into awareness.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: I use EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic awareness, and CBT to help clients heal from trauma, stress, relationship issues, and the challenges of chronic illness. My goal is to support emotional clarity, resilience, and self-understanding, so you can move through life with more ease and authenticity.
