Heather Vickers-Wong Practice Description
Heather approaches each client with a calm and steady energy, encouraging everyone to feel comfortable and safe to open up to share their wildest dreams or biggest struggles. She'll work together with you to look at your routines and challenges to examine and develop a step-by-step plan of action you can feel confident with to bring you the outcome you desire. Heather specializes in Spiritual, Lifestyle/Health and Relationship coaching. A mom to two young adults and in a committed relationship spanning nearly 30 years, she has a lot of compassion and experience to share. She is also a Reiki Master, an Ordained Minister for CIMM and a Spiritual Director. If you are interested in exploring topics of a spiritual nature, perhaps developing your own spiritual daily practice, Heather would gladly be of assistance to you. Heather will work with you through an agreed upon schedule by email, video call or phone/text, or face to face in the Toronto area.
