I understand the complex struggles of being a human living in this weird world. In this modern day, we are more isolated, individualistic and, as a result, more disconnected from self and other than ever before. We were not meant to survive in these conditions, with such limited support networks and such great responsibilities. Dividing our selves between paid work, domestic work and the effort necessary to maintain wholesome relationships (familial, intimate, social, professional and, most importantly, our relationship with ourself) with only 24 hours in a day and limited days off weekly/yearly is near impossible. How do we determine where to focus our time/energy with all these very important 'jobs'? I invite you to sit with me to explore these things and ease their grip. To lovingly reacquaint with your whole self to improve and deepen relationships with yourself and those around you. As a psychotherapist, I am not interested in labelling or diagnosing. I work with you personally to identify and explore the issues and struggles that you face. This may involve: o Conversations between us o Conversations with the critical voice in your head o Role plays, somatic experience o Exploring dreams, relationships, your wider field o Mindfulness, meditative techniques, inner compassion work
