Online in Arizona, California
Hi, I'm Jasmine! I work with high-functioning adults who are used to pushing through, taking care of others, and carrying a lot—often at the expense of their own needs. Therapy with me offers a space to slow down, understand the deeper patterns shaping your life, and reconnect with yourself in a more grounded way. My approach is warm, relational, and insight-oriented, integrating somatic therapy to support lasting change—not just symptom relief. I offer in-person sessions in Brea, CA and online sessions across California and Arizona.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing, the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), psychodynamic therapy, and relational therapy. This means we pay attention not only to your thoughts and emotions, but also to what is happening in your body, your relationships, and the deeper stories you carry about yourself. Together, we may notice how anxiety, shutdown, people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-criticism, or difficulty with boundaries developed for understandable reasons and may no longer be serving you now.
Our work is collaborative and attuned to your pace. Some sessions may focus on insight and helping you connect the dots between past and present. Other sessions may be more experiential, helping you notice nervous system responses in real time and gently build more regulation, capacity, and choice.
Clients often describe wanting symptom relief when they begin, but over time also finding a deeper sense of self-understanding, steadiness, and authenticity. My hope is that therapy feels like a space where all parts of you are welcome, where growth happens with both honesty and compassion, and where lasting change becomes possible.

As an independently owned practice led solely by me, Jasmine Wilson, LCSW, every part of the client experience is personal, intentional, and grounded in genuine care. From your first consultation to ongoing sessions, my goal is to offer a space that feels welcoming, respectful, and emotionally safe.
I work with adults throughout California and Arizona who may be navigating anxiety, chronic stress, relationship struggles, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, burnout, or the lingering effects of developmental trauma. Many of my clients are capable, caring, and high-functioning people who are used to holding a lot for others while quietly struggling themselves. My practice is especially supportive of those who are ready for more than surface-level coping and want a deeper understanding of themselves.
My background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker includes years of experience across mental health and healthcare settings, which shaped a holistic view of healing. I understand that emotional wellbeing is influenced not only by internal struggles, but also by relationships, family systems, identity, culture, environment, and life circumstances. That broader lens continues to inform the way I support clients today.
Because this is a smaller, boutique-style private practice, therapy here is highly relational and personalized rather than one-size-fits-all. I take time to understand your story, goals, strengths, and patterns so our work feels meaningful and tailored to you. Sessions are offered in-person in Brea, CA and online for adults across California and Arizona, making therapy more accessible, consistent, and convenient.
My therapeutic style is warm, engaged, and depth-oriented, integrating somatic and insight-based approaches to support lasting change. Many clients begin therapy wanting relief from anxiety, overwhelm, or stress, and over time also discover a stronger relationship with themselves, healthier boundaries, and greater steadiness in their day-to-day lives.
If you’re looking for a therapy practice that feels human, welcoming, and genuinely invested in your growth, I’d be honored to connect with you.
