Everyone needs a place for advocacy and validation of feelings to be able to untangle and articulate those things which are not working in our lives. In addition to advocacy, you will also receive a safe space to unburden and have support and encouragement to not only illuminate your gifts and talents, but also to help differentiate emotions which are no longer serving you and empower goals for future Fulfillment. That starts with self compassion and being in the present and allowing space to leave each session feeling lighter with coping skills that can reduce heightened emotions and help direct back to self energy. With a background in teaching both elementary and high school and working in nonprofit organizations , seeing the need we all have for advocacy and compassion has greatly influenced my belief in the human spirit and our ability to heal. Why not live the life we have imagined and make it the best it can be?
