- Online Therapy Details: I use an online telehealth platform called Doxy.
I have been in practice for over 15 years and I practice Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for the treatment of anxiety disorders and depression. My practice is online via an easy-to-use telehealth platform. My approach is warm, caring, and collaborative. In our first appointment, I conduct a detailed interview of the current issue, accompanying symptoms, and relevant history. We set therapy goals together and then I outline an initial treatment plan.
My practice is private pay, which means I do not accept insurance. However, I provide a receipt every session for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
