I utilize an eclectic blend of modalities, such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Ego State Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
