I believe that a true therapist is BORN and that there are things that NO amount of book learning or college could or would ever teach you. For me being a therapist was a calling that began back as a teenager when I sat with other troubled friends trying to decide how they were going to handle what seemed like insurmountable problems. My journey and life's work go on and it is as much about learning from my dear clients as it is helping people.
