Ready to make a change in your life, but not sure where or how to start? Let’s take that first step together. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience working with adults who are ready to make meaningful change—but need support getting started. Whether you’re struggling with substance use, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, or just feeling stuck, you don’t have to face it alone. I use proven approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based strategies. I offer ADHD evaluations for adults, with tailored treatment recommendations based on the client's unique needs. I enjoy working with Veterans and college students, I have an extensive background working with substance use issues, and I am certified in CBT for chronic pain.
I focus on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space for adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues. My goal is to help clients explore what’s holding them back and build practical strategies to move forward. Additionally, I endeavor to help my clients feel more grounded, clear, and empowered.
I accept Highmark, Optum, Aetna, and UPMC commercial insurance and I am happy to help with reimbursement for out-of-network clients. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company to verify that I am in-network if they would like to use insurance benefits, especially if located outside of Pennsylvania.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Motivational Interviewing (MI) A collaborative, client-centered approach that strengthens motivation for change. It is especially effective for addictions and health behaviors.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
Approach Description: I use an integrative approach, primarily blending CBT, ACT, and mindfulness approaches based on each individual client's needs. I also draw in techniques and skills from other therapies for this same reason.
