I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Colorado and Iowa and I have practiced in a variety of settings over the last 19 years including outpatient mental health, primary care clinics, OBGYN clinics, and most recently in an Integrative Medicine practice.
I have expertise in perinatal mental health as well as health psychology. I am passionate about supporting parents/soon to be parents as well as healthcare providers with stress and work life balance.
I have additional expertise in mindfulness based cognitive therapy (combination of CBT and mindfulness).
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and doing just about anything in the mountains.
