I have 18=+ years of experience helping preteens through adults with mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions (school, marriage, parenthood, retirement), trauma, grief, suicidal ideation and self-esteem. My goal is to provide you with support, insight, resources, and skills to help you lead your fullest life.
I enjoy helping adolescents and adults learn to overcome their anxiety that often holds them back. I will work with you, teaching you more about anxiety, what could be causing it, and skills to better manage it. I utilize a strengths based approach, from a cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy background.
Additionally, I enjoy working with parents, guiding them through the many stages of parenting, and all the worries along the way.
With specialized training in Perinatal Mood Disorder, I also help parents during infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and traumatic birth experiences. I have experience and expertise working with NICU families. If this feels like a good fit, call or email today to discuss your needs and schedule an appointment
