You’re someone who manages a lot — decisions, people, expectations — and from the outside it looks like you have it handled. But anxiety, panic, relationship struggles, or burnout can still take over when the pressure doesn’t let up. You're not looking for generic advice or a venting space. You want focused, exclusive, private therapy that helps you get your balance and confidence back.
I work with professionals, business owners, and individuals in the public eye who want therapy that’s efficient, discreet, and highly individualized. My clients value honesty, expertise, and results — not just coping tips. If you’re ready to take control of your anxiety and bring calm back to your life, I can help you get there.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
Approach Description: My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you build real momentum. While the goal is for you to eventually feel confident without therapy, we’ll take the time you need to get there—no pressure, no rush. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a powerful model that helps you step back from unhelpful thoughts and reconnect with what truly matters in your life.

Fees
- Average Session Fee $235
- Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
- A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available based on financial circumstances and overall affordability. Eligibility is determined through a brief application that considers factors such as income, financial obligations, and access to resources. We also help clients explore out-of-network insurance benefits first, as many are able to receive partial reimbursement for services. Reduced-fee spots are limited, not guaranteed, and are typically offered for a defined period (e.g., up to 4 months), with periodic reassessment based on need and availability.
