Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
Approach Description: My approach is direct and I like to use humor and be personable with my clients. My favorite thing is helping really motivated people make big changes in their lives. I am strength-based therapist, which means that I will find what my clients like and what works for them, and then I will look for ways to do more of what’s already working for you. I love working with women, minorities, students, and individuals who have experienced trauma to assist with overcoming those hurdles.
