Hi, my name is June Dean-Villatoro and i'm a licensed therapist who specializes in helping anxious overachievers, people pleasers, and those navigating difficult life transitions learn how to self-advocate, set boundaries, and manage their mood and anxiety. The majority of my practice focuses on providing clients with the tools they need to manage Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, and Depression. I have a direct, humorous, and holistic approach that utilizes the following modalities: CBT, DBT, ERP, Prolonged exposure therapy, and Psychodynamic. I am a certified CBT and ERP therapist, and I am passionate about helping my clients regain their power and control over their life and symptoms so that they can heal from the past and live a fulfilling life. I have first-hand experience navigating life's challenges as a BIPOC. My passion for therapy stems from my own interpersonal struggles navigating mental health in a culture and community that did not recognize or understand mental health as a whole. Through my own mental health journey, I grew passionate about helping other BIPOC find healing.
