Sometimes, traumatic memories or emotional obstacles can prevent you from feeling calm and centered, hindering your ability to live your best life.
It's possible that there's something unsettling lingering in the background or that you feel pressured, rushed, isolated, or disconnected. You may feel like you can't truly be yourself. If you're facing difficulties at work, school, or with a parent or close family member, I'm here to help.
