I help adults navigate uncertainty, stress, and life transitions while developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Many people seek therapy during periods of change, such as after graduating from college, entering or leaving relationships, growing their families, or adjusting to new roles. My practice often centers on anxiety, relationship concerns, and the complex challenges and rewards of parenthood, including the perinatal period.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Feminist Therapy Addresses how gender roles, power, and social inequality affect mental health. It empowers clients to challenge limiting beliefs and systems.
- Jungian Therapy Draws on Carl Jung’s ideas about archetypes, dreams, and the collective unconscious. It helps people explore deeper layers of meaning.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.

My work is grounded in an integrative approach that draws primarily from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic theory. I have a particular interest in supporting people who are preparing for parenthood or adjusting to life with a new baby. In our work together, we will build on your existing strengths while also making space to understand the patterns, emotions, and relationships that shape your experience. Sessions may include practical tools for managing distress, along with deeper exploration of the relationships and life experiences that matter most to you.
I have more than ten years of experience working with individuals from early childhood through midlife, and I have pursued additional training in perinatal mental health, trauma treatment, grief work, and clinical supervision.
