Approach Description: I am trained in EMDR including EMDR for grief as well as other modalities. As an experienced therapist, people come to me to help them find balance, change, greater awareness and a sense of control in their life. I do not just use a "one size fits all" approach. I get to know my clients and find out where they are, where they have been, how they got here, and what they want to change, then decide what techniques will work best for them. We do this together.
