My clients often say.. "you nailed it!" when I offer my sense of things. Maybe its my 20 plus years in the field, maybe its pattern recognition, or maybe its intuition... hard to say. I have a way of getting to the heart of things with my clients. In these days of so much outside noise, it can be hard to tune in to what's really important, what's really needed. I help my clients connect with this and with the unlived parts of themselves.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
- Gestalt Therapy Encourages awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment. It helps people integrate different parts of themselves for wholeness.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
Approach Description: In our work together I will invite you to be as fully present with yourself and your experience as possible. With a playful curiosity we will explore and create, to facilitate change. This may include cognitive therapy, EMDR and increasing your awareness of you feelings and how to manage them.

If we look within, we find the answers we seek. As a trained Process therapist and EMDR therapist, I use mindfulness and in-the-present-moment enactments to get at what's hidden beneath your story. I am also very intuitive and find my work is informed by my connection with spirit.
