I believe meaningful change begins by meeting you exactly where you are. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. By integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential therapy, and Solution-focused therapies, I help clients navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, or simply seeking personal growth, I provide a supportive space where you can explore the patterns that influence your life, gain new perspectives, and develop practical strategies for meaningful, lasting change. I understand that choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision. My commitment is to create an environment where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported while working toward the goals that matter most to you. Together, we'll build on your strengths, clarify your values, and create a path forward that reflects the life you want to live. If you're ready to take the next step—or simply curious about whether we're a good fit—I invite you to reach out. Treatment Approach

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
