In-Person in Tucson, AZ
My approach to therapy is somatic, holistic, and relational. This means we don’t just talk about your challenges—we work with how they live in your body, your nervous system, and your patterns of relating to yourself, to the world, to the people around you.
I help people move through anxiety, depression, self esteem struggles, trauma, and other life challenges by helping them to reconnect with their internal sense of clarity and stability. Together, we create space for you to slow down, feel supported, and begin to respond to life with more choice and self-trust. Therapy with me is warm, engaged, and grounded in real change—not just insight.

Treatment Approach
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.
Approach Description: My treatment approach is integrative, combining somatic therapy, relational work, and neuroscience-informed care within a holistic framework.
Somatic Therapy: We focus on the mind-body connection, helping you understand and regulate your nervous system to reduce anxiety, trauma responses, and chronic stress. We use awareness of stuck sensations and emotions in the body to help you transform them into integrated states.
Trauma-Informed: Past experiences can shape current patterns. I provide support for safe, gradual processing and integration.
Relational: Therapy becomes a space to explore and shift the ways you relate to yourself and others.
Holistic: We consider the full picture of your wellbeing—emotional, physical, relational, spiritual, cultural and environmental.
Neuroscience-Based Tools: You’ll gain practical strategies to support regulation, emotional balance, and day-to-day functioning.
