We help people who are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. Things like anxiety, depression, divorce, trauma and parenting challenges are some of the problems we can help with. By the time people reach us, they have tried countless things to ease the pressure, tension and stress with little to no relief. We get it- while we don't have any magic and can't just make the problems go away. But what we can do is help you learn different ways to cope and apply insight into how YOU can be different and how YOU can be better. We work with adults and children alike and offer counseling that is 100% unique to each client.

If you visit us in our office, you will see La Luz Counseling is a little different, quirky and artistic even. While I wish we were all artists by nature, we're not. We do, however, have office art that you may be intrigued to take a look at while you wait in the lobby. The office space is a converted home so lots of people, especially kiddos, think they're in the wrong place or that we live there! We prefer an office with offer a homier and funky feel and can't wait to show you around. Come in comfortably and forget the formalities at the door.
