Approach Description: Psychoanalysis is a longer term and indirect approach. It works to get to the root of your conflicts rather than simply addressing symptoms. My approach is dialogue driven rather than task oriented. I don’t give homework or exercises to do at home. I believe the best work we do is together in the here and now. I also don’t sit quietly and nod. I listen but also provide feedback when asked.
