  • Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
  • I do not want money to be a major roadblock in getting sometimes needed and helpful therapy. Because of this we can try to work out an agreeable payment plan. If you have health insurance we can use that, but if you don't a private pay sliding scale starts at $20.

We cannot change the past but we can work together to better understand and resolve life challenges. In a comfortable home atmosphere I provide services for depression and anxiety, ongoing loss and grief issues, couples therapy and parenting support, along with recovery issues and spiritual concerns. By applying family systems and other contemporary approaches we can uncover underlying behavior patterns and perceptions that may be holding you back and take steps toward making your life better and happier.
