A safe place to address mental, emotional, and physical health issues or crises through the evidenced-based use of music therapy, Guided Imagery and Music, and other creative processes. Clients come to address emotional issues related to life events, physical and emotional trauma, medical illness, and for developing self-care practices in a tele-health setting.
