I work with adolescents and adults managing depression, anxiety, life transitions, traumatic stress, healthy relationships, and identity exploration. I will hold your inner life as well as social, political, and cultural factors; bring authenticity and attention to your individual needs; and engage in depth-oriented approaches to help you increase insight into yourself.
