I'm so glad you're here! I specialize in working with adults navigating chronic health conditions, trauma, people-pleasing, and emotional exhaustion. I help people connect with their inner world so they can grow kinder to themselves and live more authentically.
People living with chronic health conditions or a disability can carry experiences of medical trauma, emotional invalidation, burnout, anxiety, or feeling deeply misunderstood by others. As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), I understand firsthand the complexity of living in a body that can feel misunderstood. My approach is warm, relational and trauma-informed, integrating IFS and EMDR to help you develop a more compassionate relationship with your inner world, and a more authentic relationship to your external world.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Motivational Interviewing (MI) A collaborative, client-centered approach that strengthens motivation for change. It is especially effective for addictions and health behaviors.

Therapy offers a framework to connect with yourself, work through difficult emotions, and unveil the answers within you. Every behavior, feeling, and thought process serves, or served at one time, a very important function. If you can gently begin to access and listen to the hurt, the scared, the shamed or the protective parts of you, you can find what they need. This is the place of hope and shift. My training and experience helps me gently get people to these places to slowly re-work the big feelings and the stuck beliefs. Our work will tap into your strengths and find the resources that you need to let your healing unfold.
Through connecting and working with your inner world, you can start to grow kinder towards yourself.
