I have extensive professional experience of working with early developmental trauma, psychedelic integration, and healing blocks to moving forward in life. I work with mindfulness and somatic approaches to facilitate change. Through our bodies, we have a unique capacity to heal psychological wounds and break free of limitations. I support you to come into relationship with your deepest embodied experiences so the parts of you that are struggling can be met and held with compassion. This creates the conditions for rediscovering the pleasure in life.

My core skills are rooted in mindfulness-based strategies for self-awareness; somatic co-presence for relational healing; trauma-informed care; and psychedelic integration. My own engagement with meditation practice, yoga practice, Vajrayana Tantra, and psychedelic retreat work inform how I practice.
If you decide to work with me you will be working with someone who is trained to hold and come alongside whatever is going on for you with kindness, presence, insight and compassion. I work with a wide range of experiences, including trauma; abandonment; attachment; depression; anxiety; grief; relationship difficulties; major life transitions; challenging psychedelic experiences; and spiritual and existential crisis.
I offer a gentle, kind and collaborative approach to therapy. Whatever you may be experiencing, our work can support you to develop a deep embodied connection to your inherent health and aliveness. If you are curious about working together, get in touch for a free call.
