I take an integrative, holistic approach that blends evidence-based psychological methods with mindfulness and body-based practices. I help clients process trauma, difficult emotions, and life stressors by working with both the mind and body. My work may include Brainspotting for trauma processing, cognitive-behavioral strategies for shifting unhelpful thinking patterns, and developing greater acceptance of difficult thoughts and emotions. I view therapy as a collaborative process, combining my clinical training with your knowledge of your own experiences.
Client Focus
Session Format: Individual sessions.
Age Specialty: Adult
Treatment Approach
- Brainspotting A therapy that uses eye positions to access and process unresolved trauma. It helps release emotional and physical pain held in the body.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My work may also explore deeper aspects of meaning, consciousness, and personal growth when it aligns with a client’s goals. I emphasize nonjudgmental awareness and emotional integration while creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can reconnect with their inner resources and move toward greater psychological well-being.

I also integrate somatic and nervous system–based practices such as breathwork, mindfulness, bilateral or binaural sound techniques, and gentle movement. I work from the understanding that the body holds memory, and that breath, movement, and physical awareness can support nervous system regulation and help access experiences that may be difficult to express with words alone.
