Approach Description: In my practice, I use an integrative approach that combines various psychotherapy techniques, allowing me to tailor our sessions to your specific needs. At the core of my work is Transactional Analysis (TA), which I find exceptionally versatile. I often enhance this with elements from other integrative, humanistic, and psychoanalytic/dynamic therapies. My focus areas include but are not limited to anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, and childhood trauma. My aim is to create a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your emotions and challenges. One of my major interests is the enduring impact of childhood trauma and how it shapes adult life. Additionally, I am deeply fascinated by the mind-body connection and how mental states can affect physical well-being. I'm also attuned to the emerging field of climate distress, including eco-anxiety and climate grief, and how it impacts mental health. My integrative approach allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs. I've had the honour of witnessing transformative growth in my clients across diverse ages, backgrounds, and sexual orientations, making my work deeply rewarding.
