Fees
- Average Session Fee 160-210
- Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
- I offer free consultation sessions. In addition, I offer a flexible sliding scale fee to clients who are not able to afford my standard fee ($210/session). For clients who are interested in utilizing the sliding scale I welcome a conversation about financial circumstances (affordability, budget, the use of PPO insurance, etc.), and what would help make therapy accessible and financially viable. I have found that I am often able to accommodate clients who are interested in working with me in therapy but who find that finances could be an obstacle.
- Out of Network
- I do not accept insurance as an in-network provider but am happy to provide a monthly statement (superbill) that will allow you to seek reimbursement from your PPO health plan for out-of-network therapy.

- Online Therapy Details: I offer teletherapy by phone and/or video (Zoom).
I work collaboratively with clients to reflect on how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and discover how they may be interfering with, even undermining work, relationships, and overall quality of life. With greater self-understanding comes freedom and empowerment to make different choices - the kind that ease painful symptoms and lead to greater stability, contentment, even joy.
I provide a safe, comfortable space in which your authentic self is recognized and affirmed. And I help you to become more empowered to make changes that are aligned with who you are, what you want, and the kind of life you want to be living. Ultimately, therapy succeeds when it helps you create paths of purpose and fulfillment that are truly your own.
