Hello! I’m a therapist, mom of 7 children, 3 dogs & 2 cats living on a ranch in rural Kansas. I enjoy time with family, yoga, all things outdoors, especially the mountains- hiking, camping & appreciating nature. The journey to healing from my own health issues, relationship & mental health challenges inspired me to help others which I am passionate about. I predominantly work using a person-centered counselling approach, integrating various other methods specific to the needs of the client I am working with. I believe we all have the tools we need within to live our best life, we just need guidance to tap into. I have experience counseling youth, families, parents, couples and women. I feel the clients I am most passionate to help are women ages 15-60 who struggle with body image, worthiness, eating disorders, addictions, anxiety, depression & autoimmune issues. I utilize several modalities including CBT, Gestalt, Jungian, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Somatic and Trauma based. I offer tools and guidance for clients to find their light within, the spark that may have been covered with traumas and societal programming and to change our neuropathways to promote healing. Utilizing mindful techniques, breathing techniques and positive psychology will guide you to overcome obstacles and live a fully present, empowered and joyful life.
