- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.

- Average Session Fee My OUT-of-Network fees for Individual Therapy range from $250 - $300 per session. Couples Therapy fees range from $300 - $350 per session. My services are insurance-reimbursable by all Out-of-network plans and I will gladly provide billing statements in order for you to obtain reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
- Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
- I have a limited number of daytime sessions available at a sliding scale rate. I am happy to discuss this on a case-by-case basis when we speak directly.

- I am IN-network with 1199SEIU ONLY. I am an OUT-of-Network provider with ALL OTHER insurance plans.

I have worked intensively and extensively with those struggling with (and/or recovering from) all forms of addictive disorders: alcohol/drugs, sexual compulsivity, eating disorders, gambling. In addition, I am strongly experienced in and sensitive to issues of grief/loss, sexual abuse/trauma, identity concerns, chronic illness (especially HIV/AIDS) and a myriad of relational/attachment and sexual concerns.
Throughout my 33 years in practice, I have treated an adult clientele of diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds as well as all sexual and gender identifications. I believe that each person's therapeutic journey is unique; my commitment is to fostering a safe and supportive connection between us where all thoughts, feelings, issues and dysfunctional patterns may be honestly, creatively and compassionately explored.
