Trauma feels so isolating, but healing happens in community. I'm here to be a part of that community. Despite how it feels, you aren't broken. Every part of you wants to help, wants to protect you, but some of our parts get stuck and need updating. The process of therapy is about exploring, nurturing and informing the parts of us that cause pain.

Nadirah Habeebullah Practice Description
In my therapy practice, I prioritize authenticity and connection because there can be no healing if clients can't bring their full selves to session. Here, we remove the mask and explore your symptomatic parts to uncover unmet needs and unhelpful beliefs. My ideal clients are working to overcome traumatic events that have left you feeling emotionally overactivated (anxious/fearful/explosive/hypervigilant) or underactivated (depressed/numb/shutdown/disconnected). Through a mix of body-based and cognitive strategies, you learn to regulate your emotions so you can experience and observe them without becoming overwhelmed and stuck. The goal is to move from feeling controlled by emotions to being in control of emotions. Schedule a consultation today. https://calendly.com/nadirahhab/consultation
