- Object Relations Therapy Focuses on how early caregiver relationships shape current relationships. It aims to improve patterns of attachment and trust.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.

I work from my own consulting room in the heart of Esher. The space is important, a home-from-home, distinct from the places that you might experience your challenges in life. Of course, not everyone can attend in-person, so I offer online sessions too where necessary. I always try to focus on your aims and objectives for your therapy, though I will also try to help you see your challenges in new and sometimes surprising ways, which can really help unlock the capacity to change.
