My typical client has been damaged during their childhood by caretakers. They are left hurt, confused, repeating destructive patterns, and not knowing who they truly are. We work together to reverse the harm, low self-imagine, and create the condition where the client's true identity can emerge.
Client Focus
Session Format: Individual sessions.
Age Specialty: Adult, Young Adult
Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: I work with the client to access the core of their identity. Typically, when A client's self-image/value organically improves, that in and of itself loses much of their struggles.

I focus on narcissistic abuse, autism/ADHD (with or without trauma/PTSD). ADHD/Autism does not need to be previously diagnosed. My method is to analyze connections which typically stem back to one’s family of origin, which can lead to poor self-regard. Together, we work to identify patterns and tendencies, as well as where they came from. I’ve seen people change for the better. We are looking for results, realizations, epiphanies, and for you to break free from the cycle of unhappiness and self-loathing.
Learn about trauma symptom's cause vs. effect; how & why are you experiencing this? Identify/analyze patterns, discover the origins of these patterns; self-awareness & separating the victimization from your self-image. Self-forgiveness; your inherent worth/value is very high. Inspirations: Carl Rogers, Carl Whitaker, and Sigmund Freud (peel the onion).
I love working with trauma/abuse (you may be surprised how easily your physiology can be affected by experiences). Progress is very possible - the therapeutic relationship (trust/progress you feel, or don't) is the main driving force; empathy, non-judgement, and dignity for clients is foundational; non-traditional style - 1 - treat clients as human beings
