I work with individuals, couples, and families with adult children. My second book "Reclaiming Your Lost Soul: A Soul Seekers Life Guide to Heal Codependency" is a comprehensive guide to reclaiming souls. I am EMDR certified, which is a powerful tool to manage and help heal depression, anxiety, trauma, and abuse. One goal I have is to keep marriages together and teach healthy communication and conflict resolution skills. Relationships can be restored with new skills and lots of determination. I specialize in codependency issues, helping family members with loved ones with addiction.
