Life gets difficult. Sometimes it feels like you can't go on. Maybe your relationship seems hopeless with continual conflict or no real communication. Perhaps the stress from work is overbearing. Maybe life is just discouraging, depressing. Then it's time to get help. I've struggled with depression and anxiety. I've been married over 27 years and have 4 adult kids. I've felt the discouragement and have been overwhelmed, but there is hope. It is darkest just before the dawn. When you face the challenges, you need someone to walk with you. I have enough hope for both of us.

My goal is to encouraged and equip people to make the changes they need to make to have the life they want to have. I typically train on goals and work with clients to implement the plan. I'm also willing to tell you what you need to hear, not just what you might want at the moment.

Ray Williams Practice Description
As a Christian counselor and marriage and family therapist, I work with couples and families, helping them to get "unstuck" from the patterns that are holding them back. I also work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety or difficult transitions in life. I can often see a bit farther down the road, provide the skills, and gently hold you accountable to building the life you really want.
