My work is informed by a holistic approach that respects the relational, interconnected nature of human experience. Together, we will explore the emotional, cognitive, physical, sociocultural, historical, and spiritual factors impacting your life.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
I have a Diploma from the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy, an intensive three-year theoretical and clinical training program in psychodynamic, intersubjective, relational psychotherapy. I am also a Clinical Member (and past Executive Board Member) of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists, and a member of the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy and the American Psychological Association's Division of Psychotherapy.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh. I am also a professional musician and published writer, and have many years of experience as a consultant and college/university instructor.
