Engaging in therapy can be a big decision. It can feel intimidating and uncomfortable. Most people do not like to feel uncomfortable. My goal is walk beside you in your journey to healing and wellness so that you are open to the vulnerability and risk taking associated with growth and personal progress. Having been in this field for 20 years, I have gained the clinical and academic skills and knowledge needed to effectively do this work. More importantly I value being in relationship and compassionately hold space for you. We all do things when we are ready even if we don't realize it. That being said, I believe in working at your pace and being respectful of your process.
