“Just because you’re the one doing the inner work doesn’t mean you have to do it alone.” If you are living with constant ‘what ifs’ or the echoes of past experiences, please know that your feelings are valid and you are not broken. Taking the step to start therapy is a powerful, courageous act, and you deserve a safe, non-judgmental space where your story is heard and your resilience is truly honored. Because every journey is unique, we will partner together at your pace, focusing on your inherent strengths to navigate these challenges, step by step. We will work to take manageable actions toward the peace, clarity, and balance you deserve, helping you reclaim your sense of self and find a future where you feel empowered, secure, and truly at home within yourself.

Treatment Approach

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
Approach Description: I believe you have the inherent strength to heal, and my role is to provide the practical, evidence-based tools to help you tap into that power, starting with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you gently shift unhelpful thinking patterns, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you stay grounded in the values that matter most to you. Because our connections deeply influence our well-being, we also utilize Interpersonal Therapy to explore and build deeper, more meaningful relationships with yourself and others; furthermore, if past experiences feel like obstacles in your daily life, we can work through those using EMDR, a specialized process that helps you move forward, ensuring those memories no longer disrupt your present.
