“Just because no one can heal or do the inner work for you doesn’t mean you need to do it alone.” I believe we all have the strength to heal and do our inner work alone, but I don't believe that we have to. As humans, we are built to want and need love, care, and support. Coming to therapy is a huge step and proof of the strength you have to continue on this journey we call life. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or something else, we will work to find what you need, what works best for you, and where you want to go step by step.
It is my goal to provide a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and seen. I work to continually be curious, non-judgmental, and open to understanding who you are and what you need. I primarily utilize person-centered and trauma-focused approaches but implement other approaches to best suit the needs of my clients.
I work to help my clients build confidence and resilience in taking their lives back from emotions and experiences that feel debilitating. We will get you there by understanding your story, identifying ways to manage, and processing your challenges and difficulties. I’m honored to go on this journey with you and excited to see the growth that comes!

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) An evidence-based treatment for PTSD that teaches clients to reframe unhelpful thoughts about trauma. It helps reduce guilt, shame, and fear.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Motivational Interviewing (MI) A collaborative, client-centered approach that strengthens motivation for change. It is especially effective for addictions and health behaviors.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: I utilize an integrative approach that honors your individuality, rooted firmly in Person-Centered Therapy to ensure you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. To help you navigate complex emotions and behaviors, I blend the mindfulness and value-based action of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with the skill-building foundations of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). When addressing deep-seated wounds or traumatic history, I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore your inner "parts" and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to reframe stuck points. Understanding that no one exists in a vacuum, I often look through the lens of Family Systems Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to heal relational patterns, all while utilizing Motivational Interviewing (MI) to empower you toward the meaningful changes you wish to see in your life.
