Scott D. Thomas Practice Description
I have worked in the helping profession for over 25 years and I know the 1st step in the journey is recognizing the need in making a change. Sometimes this realization comes from within, and sometimes we may be told by someone who cares about. Whatever the case at Always A Better You, the goal will be for us to Work Together on a Better You. You will be listened to you, guided, and nudged, perhaps challenged along the way, and I'll even through a little humor into the mix to make things easier to digest at times.
