My practice is based in a comfortable setting. I offer a safe, non judgemental environment where clients can open up and explore the issues they are facing. My integrated approach offers clients the chance to take charge of their emotional well being, to recover and heal. I work collaboratively with my clients reviewing progress as we go . I feel strongly that the therapeutic process should be supportive and useful from the very first session.
