Josh Sebastian (He/Him)

Hi there! My name is Josh, and I am a Registered Social Worker. Beyond my role as a social worker, I am also a son of South Indian immigrant parents and am continuously growing in this role of finding space to honour my culture in our Western society. Through this, I have come to value community, vulnerability, respect, and authenticity, and strive to be a forever learner to encourage both personal and professional growth. I provide both in-person and virtual therapy and am based in Burlington. Whether we meet online or in person, I promise to create a non-judgemental and safe environment where we meet, reflect, unpack, and move forward together. I do not believe there is a “one size fits all” method and take the first few sessions to get to know you and tailor my approach to fit your needs.
