Healing isn't about fixing what's wrong with you - there is nothing wrong with you. Healing is permission to your nervous system to experience the safety, support, and connection it may have missed earlier in life. When the body begins to feel safe, many symptoms that once seemed unrelated can begin to make sense. Then you begin to heal and develop into your full potential. I create a safe space for you to slow down, settle, and be yourself. I help you make sense of complex experiences that seem disconnected so you can heal into wholeness.

Treatment Approach
- Art Therapy Uses creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpture as a way to express emotions. It is especially helpful when words are hard to find.
- Dance / Movement Therapy Uses movement and body awareness to express emotions and improve mental health. It can increase confidence, reduce stress, and support healing.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Hakomi Method A mindfulness-based approach that helps clients notice unconscious patterns in their body and mind. It emphasizes compassion and non-judgment.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.
Approach Description: Our work together helps your body begin recognizing that the danger has passed, allowing greater resilience, clearer thinking, easier decision-making, healthier relationships, courageous and clear communication, and a renewed capacity for joy. I help you make sense of complex experiences that seem disconnected so you can heal into wholeness.
My work is grounded in a somatic approach that recognizes how trauma affects both the body and nervous system. I draw from Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Internal Family Systems & Ancestry, Attachment Theory, Somatic Experiencing Inquiry, Meditation, Pre- and Perinatal Psychology, Polyvagal-Informed Regulation, Ritual/Ceremony, Dreamwork, and the Therapeutic Arts - specifically Movement, Painting, Journaling.

With nearly three decades of experience in integrative health, nutrition, body-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care, I bring together disciplines that are often separated. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we explore how mind, body, relationships, and life experiences shape one another.
Very few practitioners combine developmental trauma, nervous system regulation, somatic psychology, craniosacral therapy, functional nutrition, inflammation, attachment work, and pre/perinatal training into one integrated approach. My work sits at the intersection of trauma, somatics, early development adverse imprints, chronic illness, inflammation, and nervous system regulation. I help you return to a cohesive relationship:
with your body
with your nervous system
with emotions and inner family
with other people
with your inner wisdom
