Drawing on my training in relational therapy and my personal healing journey, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore and evolve your own thought processes, relationship patterns, and habitual responses. As fellow travelers and collaborators, we will source creative new approaches that better support your agency, resilience, and well-being throughout life’s inevitable changes. My work is grounded in relational psychotherapy with an asset-based approach, meaning we will center your strengths, emphasizing and reinforcing what may already be working.
