I’m a registered social worker and psychotherapist who helps people navigate life’s hardest seasons — burnout, trauma, grief, and chronic illness. My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, creating a space where you can exhale, be seen, and begin to heal at your own pace.
I draw from EMDR, parts work, and mindfulness-based approaches to support the body and mind’s natural capacity to heal. Together, we’ll explore not only what hurts, but also what helps — uncovering new ways of relating to yourself, others, and the world around you.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply exhausted by doing it all, therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect with your strength, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and sustainable.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My approach is relational and trauma-informed. I believe that healing happens through safety, connection, and compassion — both toward yourself and within the therapeutic relationship.
I draw from several modalities depending on your needs:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): to help process traumatic memories and release patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
Parts Work / Internal Family Systems-informed: to support self-understanding and compassion toward the different parts of you that have developed through past experiences.
Mindfulness and Somatic Awareness: to help you reconnect with your body and regulate your nervous system.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): to build resilience, self-compassion, and alignment with your values.
Narrative Therapy: to help you re-author your story in a way that honours your strengths and survival.
Sessions are collaborative, gentle, and paced according to your readiness. I aim to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered — not rushed or judged.

It’s easy to lose your footing when life feels heavy. Burnout, chronic illness, trauma, or grief can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, unsure how to keep going, and exhausted from trying to “hold it all together.” If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.
I’m a registered social worker and psychotherapist who offers a warm, compassionate space for people moving through life’s hardest chapters. My work centers on helping you slow down, reconnect with what matters, and begin to heal from the inside out.
Therapy is not about fixing you — because you are not broken, just human. It’s about creating a space where your experiences, emotions, and story can be held with care and curiosity. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you and uncover new ways of responding to stress, loss, and pain that feel more sustainable and life-giving.
