I offer marital counseling and individual counseling to adults. I have spent 20 years in the music industry as a musician and touring performer. One of my specialities is therapy for bands and musicians. I have 10 years of experience advocating for and teaching social skills to people with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Therapy is customized to suit each client’s unique individual needs. I integrate several different therapeutic approaches and interventions including CBT, Narrative, EFT, Solutions Focused, Strategic, The Genogram, Gestalt, and Psychoeducation. I believe all of us ultimately have the answers to our problems. But sometimes those answers are clouded by negative emotions, trauma, anxiety or insecurity. I can offer you a safe, non-judgmental space to share your feelings and help you work through any past pain and lift the fog so you can have clarity and make the best decisions for your life.
