I offer myself as a guide and a support to you as you look within and meet your inner world. This can often be a new experience and one that can bring up fears and discomfort. Together we establish safety, openness and an acceptance of yourself on a deep level. This can lead to healing and growth. I acknowledge the courage this takes and applaud you on this road to coming home to yourself.

Approach Description: Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) accepts that all of us have many different aspects, or parts, to who we are. This approach assists people in getting to know, understand, accept and heal all parts of themselves. There is no such thing as a 'bad' part. Instead, we see that behaviours, beliefs, and strategies that parts hold are often outdated. They worked when we were young or under great stress, but they are no longer relevant or helpful. Much of this work is updating parts and helping them grow and heal. We connect with ourselves in ways that help us become the person we are meant to be.

I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy with somatic approaches to create a holistic healing experience that honours both mind and body. My practice draws from Hakomi, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for shock trauma, allowing us to work with how experiences are held in the body, while Solution-Focused Brief Therapy helps us identify your existing strengths and resources for positive change.
Through IFS, we'll explore the different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion, helping you develop a stronger sense of Self-leadership. The somatic elements of my approach recognise that trauma and life experiences live in our bodies, and healing happens when we can safely reconnect with our embodied wisdom.
I specialise in supporting women over 45 who are navigating life transitions, career changes, relationship shifts, and the unique challenges that come with this pivotal life stage. Whether you're dealing with imposter syndrome, questioning your direction, or feeling disconnected from your authentic self, we'll work together to help you reclaim your confidence and clarity.
My approach is collaborative, gentle, and honours your pace. Together, we'll create space for all parts of you to be seen and heard, while building the internal resources you need to move forward with greater self-compassion and resilience.
