Suzanne Sanders

I work to approach therapy based on being collaborative and established in openness, trust, honesty and humor. I believe that our work has roots in the relationship and we build together and should build upon your strengths and uniqueness. I find it a privilege for me to be invited to work with my clients as they go through transitions and challenges. I am very passionate about providing a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can feel supported and understood. My aim is to help you feel empowered, live authentically and freely, thrive in your relationships with yourself and others, and experience healing and change. I have experience in working with adults and teens struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and loss. Each client receives a unique approach specific to their situation and needs. My therapeutic approach is to integrate a variety of modalities to help you connect with your healthiest self, I utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed, approaches with clients. Healing can be uncomfortable and challenging, and it is my hope to co-create a space where you can begin to create meaningful and lasting change. Healing hearts, transforming minds, finding balance.
